Since 2009 Rei Kawakubo has kept a long-running Comme des Garçons line in conversation with the Beatles, less a single drop than an ongoing graphic project. The Apple emblem, the Union Jack, and lyric fragments recur across tees, cardigans, and bags sold through Dover Street Market.
